  1. Q - What happens once I have submitted my resume for a specific job opening?

    A -
    Your resume will be reviewed and matched to the job specific criteria you applied for. If your resume is selected, an NES representative will contact you to register with us. You will be asked to complete an assessment related to the job you applied for as well as an "Information interview" with a NES representative. If your resume profile is a match, we will forward our recommendation to our clients who may in return request an interview with you or will provide instructions to NES requesting that you start at a specific date and time.

  2. Q - What are the assessments and what is their purpose?

    A - The assessments are a series of evaluations to evaluate your knowledge on basic requirements for the specific job you applied for, such as, excel, word, typing. The purpose of these tests are to insure that the job you applied for is the right fit for you and you are the right candidate for the job. This will assist us in matching your qualifications to other opened assignments or future assignments.

  3. Q - How long is the process from beginning to end?

    A -
    The whole process will take approximately 2 to 2.5 hours on location. If your schedule doesn’t permit you to be on location for such a period of time, NES can provide the assessments via email so it can be done at your convenience and in the comfort of your own home.

  4. Q - What happens to my resume if I do not qualify for the job I applied for?

    A - NES will keep your resume in our database and cross-reference your qualification to future job openings and or skill market your resume to potential clients. In the event that NES would like to submit your resume to a client for a job opening that you have not applied for, we will contact you prior to submitting your resume to inform you and to provide you with details and to confirm that you have an interest in the position.

  5. Q - How long does NES keeps my resume on file?

    A -
    NES will keep your resume in their database for as long as your registration is active. Periodically, NES will contact you to update your resume and inquire if new skills or training was acquired so we can update our database.

  6. Q - Once my resume is submitted and I have gone through the interview process, am I required to apply every time I see a new job posting on your website?

    A - NES recommends that you do so by sending an email notifying us of your interest in the position.

  7. Q - Am I required to submit a resume every time I would like to apply for a job opening on your website?

    A -
    If you are registered with NES, see question #6. In the event that you are not, we invite you to do so on line. The application will allow you to attach your resume and this will assist us to in processing your job application in a timely manner. Once the registration is complete, simply send an email notifying us of your interest to a specific job posting or simply click on the apply link to the job posting you desire. Register Now

  8. Q - If I am on a temporary assignment, can I continue to apply for job openings that interest me?

    A -
    NES main goal is to find a permanent position for our associates and we aim to please and therefore if a new job posting interests you, please let us know. If you qualify for the open position in question, we would recommend that you stay in your current position until a replacement for your current position is found.

  9. Q - Can I submit a resume for more then one job opening?

    A -
    NES recommends that you register and submit your resume only once and e-mail us regarding your interest in other positions. Please review question #6 and #7.

  10. Q - Can I work on more then one assignment with NES?

    A -
    NES does not object as long that there is not conflict of interest between clients and or negative impact on work performance.
